Frequently Asked Questions

We are completing our certification with tiney, a childminder agency that is fully regulated by Ofsted and rated ‘effective’ — the highest grading available to an agency. Childminders can either register directly with Ofsted or be certified through a registered agency; certifying through tiney means we are trained, quality-assured and visited by tiney at least once a year. We'll publish our certification details here as soon as they are confirmed.

We welcome children from babies through to school age, and also offer after-school care for older children. Get in touch to discuss your child's needs and our current availability.

We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We offer full days (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM), morning sessions (7:30 AM - 12:30 PM), afternoon sessions (12:30 PM - 5:30 PM) and wraparound or after-school care, with flexible scheduling to suit your family. If you need a little longer, later collection until 6:00 PM can be arranged in advance for a small additional charge.

Yes. We accept 15 hours funded childcare (for eligible 2-year-olds and all 3- and 4-year-olds), 30 hours funded childcare (for eligible working parents of 3- and 4-year-olds), and Tax-Free Childcare. See our Pricing page for details.

Yes — breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are all freshly prepared and balanced to support growing bodies and minds. We cater to dietary needs and allergies; just let us know your child's requirements.

Settling in is done at each child's pace, with settling-in sessions arranged before their start date. Our team member Amy has a background in Key Stage One and in a nursery setting, giving her great experience in supporting children through the transition from nursery to school.
